Returns

We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that your tags are incorrect or do not meet the specifications stated in your quotation/invoice, please return ALL the tags to us along with a letter explaining why you are unhappy with them to the address below. We will issue a full refund immediately upon receiving the returned items.

Returns of Customised/Personalised Items

As our tags are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for non-faulty items. This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which do not require businesses to accept returns for personalised or custom-made goods unless they are faulty.

Return Process for Faulty or Incorrect Tags

  • Notification: Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if the tags are faulty or incorrect.
  • Return the Tags: Send the tags back to us at the address below within 14 days of your notification. Please use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for any returns lost in the mail.
  • Condition of Tags: Ensure the tags are returned in their original condition.
  • Refund or Replacement: We will either replace the faulty tags or issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Specifics of Our Returns Policy

  • Spelling Mistakes: We cannot accept returns for spelling mistakes made on your behalf. However, if the mistake is ours, we will re-run and despatch the corrected tags free of charge.
  • Delivery Delays: We do not issue refunds for tags delayed by postal services or other third parties beyond our control.
  • Incorrect Orders: We do not issue refunds for incorrect material or finishing options being ordered. However, we will happily offer a discount on a new order if you've made a mistake.
  • Order Timing: Please order your tags with plenty of time to spare. We despatch all orders using a next day courier service or First Class Royal Mail postal service. If you have not received your order within 5 working days from approving your artwork proof, please notify us immediately. We cannot accept responsibility for missed or non-deliverable orders after this time period.
