Guest room doors
Guest room doors are where most properties start. We print door hangers in nine styles across three sizes: 80 by 195mm, 95 by 265mm, and 85 by 297mm, single or double-sided. Double-sided works well here, because one face carries Do Not Disturb and the reverse carries Make Up My Room, so a single hanger does both jobs.
The detail worth getting right is the slot. Five styles use a punched round hole with a side slit, and four use an open hook cut. Both avoid threading over the handle; the open hook is marginally quicker for housekeeping to apply and remove, which is why some properties prefer it where the same hanger moves several times a day.
Key card holders
Our key card holders are printed folded card wallets that hold the key card your system already issues. They are not a replacement card, and they contain no electronics. They hold the cards you already issue, including RFID and proximity access cards.
There are eight styles, all folding to the same finished 70 by 100mm, and all sized for a standard CR80 card. The styles differ in how the card is held, from tab fold to corner pocket to a windowed front, so the choice is mostly about how you want the card presented at check-in and how much printed area you want for a welcome message, Wi-Fi details or a map.
Ten materials are available for key card holders, including foiled in gold or silver and metallic board for properties that want the wallet to feel like part of the welcome rather than a carrier. The two we cannot offer here are waterproof and frosted; these are rigid materials that do not crease flat, which would compromise the fold and finish.
Welcome tags and bottle neck tags
Bottle neck tags slip over the neck of a bottle and sit flat against it, which suits welcome bottles, in-room gifting and event tables. We print ten styles. Eight take a 38mm neck hole, and one takes a 32mm neck hole, while the cone collar wraps around a wider neck rather than slipping over it.
They arrive die-cut and creased, so they are ready to bend and fit on arrival with nothing to assemble.
Choosing the right material for guest areas
Twelve material families are available across the range, though not every material suits every product. Waterproof and frosted stock cannot be creased or folded due to their rigidity, so they are available on door hangers but not on the folded key card holders.
For anything handled daily, waterproof polyester is a synthetic film rather than a coated paper, so it wipes clean and will not tear. Laminated silk is wipeable and moisture resistant but not waterproof, and it suits items handled occasionally rather than constantly. For welcome tags and anything kept as a keepsake, textured, foiled and metallic board have a more substantial feel.
Artwork and branding across a property
Send us your own artwork, and we print it as supplied. We check every file before it goes to press for resolution, bleed, colour and fold clearance, and we send a PDF proof for approval before anything is printed. That check is a print check rather than an approval of your content, so wording stays with you.
If you are ordering more than one product, send the artwork together, and we will keep colour consistent across the run. Different designs can be ordered at the same time, each treated as its own design against the minimum quantity of 25 pieces.
