How to Order Custom Swing Tags, Door Hangers & more...
We have made your custom swing tags order journey as smooth as possible. Follow the step-by-step guide below to see how our order process works.
STEP 1
Choose the kind of tags you need: Swing Tags / Bottleneck Tags / Door Hangers / Car Hangers / Folded Tags / Key Card Holders / Retail Tags / Clothing Tags.
STEP 2
Select your desired material, shape, and size, along with the quantity of tags you would like and whether you require single or double-sided printing. You can also choose the ink colour for printing.
If you have ordered Brown Kraft, Coloured Artboard, Metallic, Neon, or Frosted, white ink printing is available as an option. All other materials are printed in full-colour CMYK as standard.
STEP 3
Next up are the finishing options. If you have chosen Swing Tags or Folded Tags, you will have up to four finish choices: Drill Hole, Cornering, Eyelets, and String. Read about all available finishing options so you understand which will work best for your hanging tag.
STEP 4
You can choose to add additional production features to your order. These include Multiple Designs (equally split across the total quantity), Variable Data (including unique text, barcodes, and QR codes), Sequential Data (e.g. numbers 001-100), and Perforation (a single tear-off section added to your tag design). STEP 5
Time to get creative with your artwork. We have a wide range of templates to make creating your custom hang tags as straightforward as possible. Download one of our preset templates - available for Circular, Rectangular, Oval, and Square swing tag templates, as well as our full range of Bottleneck Tags, Door Hangers, Car Hangers, Folded Tags, and Key Card Holders. Templates are available in Illustrator, InDesign, and PDF formats.
STEP 6
Once you have finished configuring your custom swing tag order, complete our quick checkout process. Choose your delivery option and complete your payment. Once payment is received, our artwork team will email you a print-ready PDF proof for your approval; production will not begin until you have approved your proof. Once approved, your order is typically dispatched within 72 business hours.
STEP 7
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email notification from our courier with your delivery date and a 1-hour delivery window - no waiting in all day. Sit back, relax, and look out for your custom swing tags to arrive.
