How To Order Hang Tags With Handy Tags?

We have tried to make your custom swing tags order journey as smooth as possible. Please read through the step by step guide to see how our order process works.

 

STEP 1 
A nice, easy start to the order journey. Choose what kind of tags you need - Swing Tags / Bottleneck Tags / Door Hangers / Car Hangers / Folded Tags.

STEP 2
Then select your desired material, shape and size along with the quantity of tags you would like and whether you require single or double-sided printing. You can also choose the printed ink you’d like.

*If you’ve ordered a coloured artboard, then white ink may be an option; otherwise, we print in CMYK as standard.* 

STEP 3
Next up are the finishing options. If you’ve chosen swing tags or folded tags, you will be faced with up to four finish choices: Drill Hole, Cornering, Eyelets and String. Please read all about the available finishing options, so you understand what will work best for your hanging tag.

STEP 4
Now you can choose to add any additional features. These include Multiple Designs (equally split between the total quantity), Variable Data (inc. text, barcodes and QR codes), Sequential Data (e.g. numbers 1-100) and Perforation. More information about these can be found here.

STEP 5
It’s time to get creative with artwork. We have given you as many template options as we can to make creating your custom hang tags as easy as possible. Simply choose to download one of our preset templates, including circular, rectangular, oval, and square swing tags templates. You can download our templates in Illustrator, InDesign or PDF formats. You will also find templates for our entire range of bottleneck tags, door hangers, car hangers and folded tags.

STEP 6
When you’ve finished building your tag order, you will need to go through our quick checkout process. Choose your delivery option and complete your payment. Once we receive payment, your tag labels order will move fast through our production process. Our artwork team will email you a print-ready PDF proof for approval, and the material for your tag order will be allocated and prepared for printing.

STEP 7
As soon as we schedule your delivery, you will receive an SMS text or email notification from our courier with a delivery date and a 1-hour delivery window. So, there’s no need to wait all day for your delivery; we know how frustrating that can be! Sit back, relax and look out for your hanging labels order to arrive.
