Our free sample pack will give you the opportunity to browse through the different shapes, sizes and materials to find your perfect match. We encourage our customers to take us up on our free offer. You will gain confidence in our quality products and expertise, and you can feel and test all the materials to your heart's content before placing your full order. It's a win, win!
Please make sure to fill out the 'intended use' section, such as clothing tags, so we know how best to assist you. If you wish to have a specific material included in your sample pack, please enter this into the intended use box too, and we'll be sure to include this in your order, if available.
Simply create or log in to your Handy Tags account, fill out the relevant boxes, add the product to your basket and checkout as normal. We'll send you your samples, completely for free to UK mainland areas.
You may require to see actual printed hang tag samples before ordering a larger quantity. If so, we can help with that too.
For £25+VAT, we will print your custom artwork onto the material of your choice. We will use the same high-quality printing process as we would use to print your full order. We will also cut your tag to the exact shape and size ordered, including additional finishing options of your choice. You will receive a few sample copies for approval.
Producing a one-off replica ensures confidence when you decide to place your full order. The fee we charge covers the set-up for the printing press, finishing machines, materials and delivery costs.

Delivery Overview
Here's a snapshot of our delivery policy. A more in-depth delivery guide can be found here. We aim to print, finish and dispatch your order as quickly as possible in the highest possible quality. We take great pride in every order we produce.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver swing tags throughout the UK, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands and Islands. If you require delivery to a destination further afield, this may be possible and will need to be quoted for on a bespoke basis; this is not an online service. We can deliver to Guernsey and Jersey but an offline quote is required. Delivery to European destinations is not available online and may not be possible; you may be required to arrange your own collection from us. This can be discussed with our sales team during the quoting stage.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery to any mainland UK destination is FREE, so no hidden extras at checkout. Delivery areas outside mainland UK will incur an additional charge at checkout which will be displayed before you proceed with your order. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Handy Brand UK Limited cannot accept any liability for any import duty that is levied by the destination country. Please check with your local tax office or import duty representative to ensure you are complying with the relevant regulations.
How fast can you print my swing tag order?
Once you have approved your PDF swing tag proof. We aim to print, finish and despatch your swing tag order within 48 hours. We use a trackable next day delivery service via DPD for all mainland UK destinations. Deliveries to destinations outside of mainland UK will result in additional days in transit; please allow for this.
What time of day do you deliver?
Once we've booked your order in for despatch, you will receive an SMS text message or email with a delivery date and time, with a 1-hour delivery window. In general, your order will be delivered between 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. (Not including Bank Holidays).
Can you deliver on a Saturday?
Yes, we can arrange for your order to be delivered on a Saturday. A Saturday delivery service will incur an additional charge, this type of order cannot be placed online. Please contact our handy customer service
