Here's a snapshot of our delivery policy. A more in-depth delivery guide can be found here. We aim to print, finish and dispatch your order as quickly as possible in the highest possible quality. We take great pride in every order we produce.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver swing tags throughout the UK, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands and Islands. If you require delivery to a destination further afield, this may be possible and will need to be quoted for on a bespoke basis; this is not an online service. We can deliver to Guernsey and Jersey but an offline quote is required. Delivery to European destinations is not available online and may not be possible; you may be required to arrange your own collection from us. This can be discussed with our sales team during the quoting stage.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery to any mainland UK destination is FREE, so no hidden extras at checkout. Delivery areas outside mainland UK will incur an additional charge at checkout which will be displayed before you proceed with your order. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Handy Brand UK Limited cannot accept any liability for any import duty that is levied by the destination country. Please check with your local tax office or import duty representative to ensure you are complying with the relevant regulations.

How fast can you print my swing tag order?

Once you have approved your PDF swing tag proof. We aim to print, finish and despatch your swing tag order within 48 hours. We use a trackable next day delivery service via DPD for all mainland UK destinations. Deliveries to destinations outside of mainland UK will result in additional days in transit; please allow for this.

What time of day do you deliver?

Once we've booked your order in for despatch, you will receive an SMS text message or email with a delivery date and time, with a 1-hour delivery window. In general, your order will be delivered between 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. (Not including Bank Holidays).

Can you deliver on a Saturday?

Yes, we can arrange for your order to be delivered on a Saturday. A Saturday delivery service will incur an additional charge, this type of order cannot be placed online. Please contact our handy customer service

• Quantity: 500 of each design
• Special requests: Please can the drill hole be large enough to take a thick ribbon.
