There are 9 styles available, split across two size categories and three distinct hanger shapes. Small styles (80mm wide) are Styles A, C, E, and G. Large styles (95mm wide) are Styles B, D, F, and H. Style J is the tallest option at 85x297mm - A4 height - and suited to applications where maximum information space is the priority. Style A: 80x195mm - rectangular body with a round punch hole and side slit. The standard small format is one of the most widely used styles for hotel do-not-disturb signs and real estate door hangers. 12 materials are available for door hangers: Standard Silk, Brown Kraft, Textured, Recycled, Grey Pulpboard, Laminated, Foiled, Metallic, Neon, Colour Board, Waterproof, and Frosted. Standard Silk is the bestselling choice for most hotel and hospitality applications - smooth, full-colour print-ready, and cost-effective from as few as 25 hangers. For single-use or short-season applications such as event door hangers or open house signs, Standard Silk is the practical default. For hotel door hangers that will be handled repeatedly throughout a full season, Laminated (matt or gloss) provides significantly greater durability and resistance to wear, moisture, and surface scuffing. Waterproof polyester film is the most durable option available: tear-proof, moisture-resistant, and suited to outdoor door hangers and any application exposed to the elements. Frosted film offers a semi-translucent premium finish suited to high-end hospitality and boutique hotel applications. For eco-conscious businesses, Recycled board and Brown Kraft both carry recycled fibre content and complement a natural or sustainable brand positioning. How to get the best print results

Door hangers are printed using full-colour CMYK or white ink on your chosen material. Supply artwork at a minimum resolution of 300dpi at the final print size. Each style has a unique shape, slot position, and cut line that must be accounted for in the artwork. Keep critical content at least 5mm from all cut edges and clear of the punched-out hole or hook handle area at the top of the hanger. Single-sided vs double-sided printing

Most door hangers are ordered double-sided. Can I use door hangers outdoors?

It is tear-proof, moisture-resistant, and will not degrade in rain or damp conditions. Laminated door hangers offer some moisture resistance but are not designed for prolonged outdoor exposure.
